Administrator - Permanent
Hours 8.30 to 5pm – salary up to £20,000 per annum subject to experience
Main duties will involve:
Data inputting
• Scanning
• Sending out correspondence via mail merge
• Printing documents and distributing to line managers
• Printing certificates, scanning to individual folders and posting out
• Receiving all documentation from different locations and adding to relevant electronic folders on network
• Sending out stationery as requested and reordering internally as necessary
• Expenses for Managers
• Producing instruction folders
• Chasing up outstanding documentation and adding to system
• Printing out reports and distributing accordingly
• Cover on reception as and when required
• Archiving documentation returned
• Looking after Linked in and Twitter accounts for the Company
• Typing up notes from meetings that are held on a monthly basis
Skills and experience required:
• Previous administration experience
• Someone who is quick to learn
• Copes well under pressure
• Can work alone in the office for a majority of the time (radio is on)
• A multi-tasker
• Good time management is a must
• Assertive – must be able to nicely say "no" to managers if required
• Experienced using Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and ideally Twitter & Linked In.
