Customer Care Market Co-ordinator
Up to £22,500 per annum
Temp to Perm
Crawley, West Sussex

Our client, a globally recognised organisation is seeking a Customer Care Market Co-ordinator to join their team, on a temp to perm basis, based in Crawley, West Sussex.

As a Customer Care coordinator you will provide exceptional Customer Service, by effectively managing the order to cash process and building & maintaining long term relationships with stakeholders and customers. Liaising and working in collaboration to coordinate activities across all key functions engaged in the order to cash process e.g. supply chain, finance and commercial teams.

Previous exposure to the healthcare industry would be a distinct advantage. Most important the candidate will be someone who is able to take personal accountability and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for the following duties:

• Receiving inbound calls from customers and dealing with general product enquiries
• Taking and logging all product orders and processing details via SAP
• Translating documents for marketing information,
• Developing product knowledge across the company range
• Build and maintain relationships across geographies and functions to maximize collaboration in achieving customer service excellence
• Timely and accurate processing of customer orders and enquiries including after sales services e.g. returns, credits and debit
• Coordinate activities across geographies and functions including distribution centres, supply and demand planning, quality & regulatory departments and commercial teams to optimize service levels and ensure key performance indicators are consistently met in delivering right products / right price / right place / right time
• Provide technical support / product advice as required
• Effective capture, escalation and resolution of issues and complaints through SF.com

The ideal candidate for the role of Customer care coordinator, will require the following:
• A strong command of the English language, both written and orally
• Fluent in one or more of following languages: German, Italian, French and/ or Brazilian Portuguese
• Proven customer service experience
• Knowledge of SAP would also be an advantage

Previous customer care experience required.

The hours of work are full time Monday to Friday core office hours, based in Crawley West Sussex.
