Divisional Manager - Call Centre team

We're looking for a Divisional Manager to run highly successful Call & Contact Centre division in Crawley.

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage this exceptionally successful team with a great base of WARM CLIENTS. Previous recruitment manager or team manager experience with opportunities to develop division and forward career to Senior Divisional manager level very quickly.

The role would suit a strong leader and experienced recruiter ideally with experience of managing a team. This will suit someone dedicated and driven who's looking for the next step in their career or a great challenge not only to look after the current business but to develop the team even further. There are strong prospects for career development within this division.

Skills

* A proven track record of success within recruitment
* Experience managing a team of consultants or senior consultants
* Strong sales and account management
* Career minded, hard working and driven
* Confident with the ability to build rapport
* Ability to nurture relationships

Previous recruitment management experience required.
