Our Client is looking for a Customer Service Support Agent to join their team based in Crawley. This fantastic opportunity is on a full time basis, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am til 5.30pm.
Job Specifications / requirements:
• Taking incoming calls
• Manage existing customer
• Contact Network providers
• Office support
• Dealing with billing and connection queries
• Administration
The ideal candidate would be:
• Self motived and driven
• Posses exceptional people skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized and methodical
• Ambitious and a team player
Previous experience in a telephone based role is essential.
