**Junior Sous Chef – Gatwick – Up to £24,500**

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef for a 4* hotel in Gatwick.

We require an experienced Chef to prepare food for our fresh food led restaurant. You will have at least 2 years experience as a Senior CDP or Junior Sous and have worked in a similar establishment. You will show desire to train and develop the commis chefs and show ambition to progress your career.
As Junior Sous you will show a determination to succeed and a genuine passion for food, this is an opportunity to be part of a team looking to push the boundaries and with aspirations to gain further accolades in the future.
Due to the nature of the business the normal shift pattern will include split shifts, bank holidays and weekends
