**Receptionist - Gatwick – Full time - £14,500 per annum**
We have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist for a contemporary hotel located in Gatwick. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer service professional that is passionate about the hotel industry.
The role of Receptionist is a key position and the primary focus of the role is to deliver excellent customer service. As a Receptionist you will have a great deal of contact with guests so will be professional and courteous and strive to go the extra mile at all times. The role of Receptionist will include looking after guests on arrival and departure, cash handling and credit card transactions as well as taking reservations and answering the switchboard.
This role is for someone who takes pride in their work and strives hard to exceed customer expectations. Also, someone who is driven and can see themselves progressing within the hospitality industry.

You will work 40 hour week, 5 out of 7 days, shifts will be a combination of earlies starting at 7am and lates finishing at 11.30pm. Due to the nature of the business you will be expected to work a rota that covers weekends.
