As a recruitment consultant your role would include: Lead generation , generating business via sales on the telephone in person and via email, Making appointments and gaining new business, Staying in contact with clients to strengthen and maintain relationships, Filling temporary and permanent bookings, Collating client information and loading onto the internal database, Sourcing, registering and interviewing candidates on the phone and face to face, Continual use of large recruiter websites such as Reed and Jobsite, Posting of jobs, Arranging interviews with HR and line managers and then co-ordinating these with candidates, Giving interview briefs to candidates and providing interview feedback, Negotiating rates with clients and presenting our services to clients You will need Proven sales ability Ability to multi-task and cope with pressure Hard working 'whatever it takes' attitude A car owner and driver would be an advantage.
