Our Client is looking for a Customer Service Support Agent to join there team based in Crawley on a full time basis , this position is a Monday to Friday role working between the hours of 9 - 530.

Job Specifications / requirements:
• Taking incoming calls
• Manage existing customer
• Contact Network providers
• Office support
• Dealing with billing and connection queries
• Administration

The ideal candidate would be:

Previous experience in a telephone based role is essential. This role is full time working Monday to Friday 9-530, for a company based in Crawley.
