Excellent opportunity to work with one of our leading clients, this is a varied and exciting role, that requires strong leadership skills, excellent client facing ability & a good understanding of the buildings & installations industry.

The role is largely office based but will involve regular travel within the UK to manage the operational delivery of projects to key customers to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

Liaising with subcontractors during the projects & assisting with facilitating the tender process.

Financial Management - creating and managing the installations forecast between sales, order processing and the installations team, such that a subcontract and site management resource plan is created to meet the forecast.

Ensure a forecast is created for active projects in terms of labour and materials call off, and that forecast is delivered into sales order processing to enable the management of supply of materials to agreed lead times (typically 5 working days from call off)

Ensure all subcontractors used meet and maintain financial requirements and regulatory, health and safety & industry standards and competencies in order to install systems on building sites managed by others.

Resolve project issues relating to quality or/and technical nature, delivery or cost.
Manage subcontract and customer interface, and be the focal point for communications

Create, manage and report performance verses Service level agreements

Accountable for continuous improvement within the installations department to include product development and product failure issues.
