Following the continued growth of our Insurance Division based in the South, we are looking to enhance and further expand our Team with exceptional individuals to match the best candidates to the most sought after positions within the Claims sectors. Our Insurance Team operates in 4 Sectors (Insurer, Broking, Claims and Pricing), and has formed strategic partnerships with clients across the South East and London.

As a Claims Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing existing as well as developing new opportunities and putting your negotiation skills into practice across a variety of situations.

You will be required to build strong relationships with candidates that you source through head-hunting, networking, advertising and our database.
This is a target based role where you will be expected to reach agreed financial and activity targets.
In return for your hard work you will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary as well as the opportunity to earn uncapped commission along with a good benefits package.
