Crawley, West Sussex

Our client based in Crawley are seeking a Customer Service Controller for a temporary to permanent job role to join them at the end of Feburuary 2015.

The role of Customer Service Controller will involve:
• Taking calls from customers with queries, and service or maintenance bookings.
• You will be using a bespoke system to log calls and issue engineers to jobs to set locations
• Managing engineers diaries, liaising and managing engineers as well as liaising with other departments.
• The job will include handling a variety of calls, from a residential customers to a national large accounts
• Working to tight service levels and response times.

As a Customer Service Controller, you will require the following skills and attributes:
• Previous customer service/controller experience gained within an office environment
• Able to speak to all levels of customers/clients
• Ability to build rapport with engineers and be persuasive
• Organised approach to manage diaries

This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours a week between the hours of 8.30 - 5.00. £7.60 per hour, based in Crawley, West Sussex.
