Deputy manager required for a 6 bedded learning disability service based in a residential area of Crawley.

Role involves a high level of responsibility as you will at times be solely in charge of the service, supervising a team of support workers in their day to day operation in the unit.

Working for a large national care provider you must have supervisory experience in a residential setting and be able to run a diverse staff team with a variety of service users. NVQ 3 is desirable but by no means essential as previous relevant experience is also highly valued when applying for this role.
