Service for 4 children with EBD and challenging behaviour based in Crawley is recruiting for a Team Leader/Senior to join the existing team and lead a small team of support workers in a sometimes pressurised environment.

The role will involve a high level of giving advice and direction to current staff members while also building long lasting and effective relationships with the children and young people aged 11-18.

Role comes with an excellent salary with a bonus for being on-call once a week and there are NO SLEEP INS for this role.

NVQ 3 is preferred but by no means essential as the recruiting organisation will consider candidates with extensive experience.

Your main responsibility will be to organise the floor and ensure the support staff are working from the correct guidelines mapped out by OFSTED.
