Customer Services Executive
Gatwick
£18000 - £20,000 depending on experience

Duties and Responsibilities:
• To deliver excellent customer service tailored to the needs of the customer.
• Build and maintain customers' trust and confidence to maximise customer, advisor and third party satisfaction and retention.
• Effectively contribute to the achievement of the department's overall objectives.
• Manage all customer activities across a range of products and processes
• Take ownership of managing relationships with customers,
• Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements,
• Identify and analyse customer problems/complaints, completing investigations
• Support opportunities to retain business, by understanding fully what a customer is asking for and provide a tailored response.
Qualities and skills required:
• Educated to GCCE standard or equivalent
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft programs
• Excellence in Customer Services, within a customer service department or call centre (phone based work)
• Ability to be flexible.
• Empathy and sympathy with customer needs.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines within tight timelines
• Good written and verbal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
