Resourcer (Insurance, Financial Services & Pensions)

Search is a very well established recruitment business with 13 offices throughout the UK and over 500 staff. We are currently looking for an individual to support a team of 4 Consultants. Although the team is expanding and this will grow to 6/7 over the next 12 months.
Resourcing:
* Resourcing client information for new prospect clients and additional information on existing customers
* Sourcing for candidates via a variety of websites we utilise (CV searching). Identifying suitable candidates to match specific roles following being provided with a role brief by a consultant
* Undertaking screening of suitable candidates via the telephone
* Viewing client and competitor websites, obtaining leads
Mailshots/Advertising/Websites:
* Produce and distribute mailers/mailshots (candidates & clients) - Weekly and Monthly
* Email alerts and chasers to candidates and clients
* Take responsibility for co-ordinating advertising requirements for the team.
* Being the main contact for all internal parties concerned.
* Creating, Adding and updating/refreshing jobs for external websites
Reports:
* Database management, analysing database information and producing reports for management (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
Ad hoc duties:
* Responsible for updating and keeping the team abreast of competitor information
* Producing letters - interview, introductory, cv's, other ad-hoc)
* Involved with updating/servicing/screening existing and new candidates
* Receiving and making calls to clients
* Adding/updating information/notes to client records
* Some filing - Client and candidate information/details
To apply;
* You'll have excellent administrative skills and have worked in an administrative capacity preferably within a similar role in the recruitment arena.
* Hghly motivated, able to demonstrate energy and drive.
* Confident, professional, hard working, flexible attitude with a high degree of resilience.
* Previous experience of working towards and achieving/exceeding targets, objectives and goals.
* Pro-active and self-motivated.
* Very strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
* Keen eye for and strong attention to detail.
