A successful law firm based in Crawley are looking to attract an Employment Solicitor to join their successful team. The firm is ranked in both the Legal 500 and Chambers directories.

About you:

* You will have 2-4 years PQE within Employment law
* Experience gained in a leading City of regional law firm that is recognised for its Employment work in Chambers and/or Legal 500
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* Able to work in a successful team environment with excellent communication skills

About the role:

* You will become part of the Employment team, where you will advise a predominantly corporate client base on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues
* You will be responsible for your own clients and caseload
* You will be required to draft contracts, agreements, policies and procedures, and involved in the preparation of Tribunal cases and providing representation at the hearing if necessary
* Providing corporate support and advising on all employment related issues connected with mergers, acquisitions, contracting out and the effect of TUPE
* Supporting and contributing to departmental and firm wide business development and marketing initiatives, activities and events
