About the team
The office services team based in Crawley cover a wide geographical area in terms of both Clients & Applicants. We cover roles from a local perspective in the Gatwick Diamond area but also a regional perspective, servicing our Corporate Clients. We cover roles from Executive PA's to Office Junior / admin positions, data entry and reception.

The Opportunity
It is an exciting opportunity for someone not only to grow and develop existing business, but also have the ability to bring in new Clients by visiting customers, making outbound sales calls and various other forms of social and business networking.

Excellent training is provided; however we are looking for someone with outstanding sales skills together with the ability to multi-task and be inspired by achieving targets. The role is working in an existing Office Services team within a super centre covering 20 specialist sectors thus creating opportunities for additional bonus earnings through cross selling within the different specialisms.

Skills required
* Experience in Commercial recruitment is ideal however other specialisms will be considered
* Career minded, hard working, tenacious and driven
* Confident with the ability to build rapport and nurture relationships
* Ability to exceed KPI's and manage own performance
* Character is extremely important; you need to be resilient and able to work well under pressure
