Job: Customer Care Market Coordinator

Salary: £22,500 per annum

Length of contract: Temp – Fixed term contract for 1 year

Location: Crawley

Do you speak fluent Brazilian Portuguese and French and want to work for a reputable Company?

You will be employed to provide exceptional Customer Service, by effectively managing the order to cash process and building & maintaining long term relationships with stakeholders and customers. Liaising and working in collaboration to coordinate activities across all key functions engaged in the order to cash process e.g. supply chain, finance and commercial teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* In-depth understanding of customer & market requirements to facilitate effective account management
* Build and maintain relationships across geographies and functions to maximize collaboration in achieving customer service excellence
* Timely and accurate processing of customer orders and enquiries including after sales services e.g. returns, credits and debits
* Coordinate activities across geographies and functions including distribution centres, supply and demand planning, quality & regulatory departments and commercial teams to optimize service levels and ensure key performance indicators are consistently met in delivering right products / right price / right place / right time
* Provide technical support / product advice as required
* Effective capture, escalation and resolution of issues and complaints through SF.com
* Ad hoc Translation work

You must have:

* Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese
* Fluent in French
* Good education
* Ability to work under pressure
* Commit to a temp-perm contract
