Our client based in Reigate is seeking a number of customer service advisors to join their busy, fast moving and focused team within the property related industry.

The job role of Customer Service Advisor, will involve:
Receiving calls with regards to properties and carrying out instructions
Booking contractors to attend site to perform maintenance and related tasks
Allocating jobs to contractors and following up to ensure works are carried out
Working within strict service level agreements to provide high levels of service

The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience within a customer service based role
Very strong communication skills, both written and oral
High attention to detail
Task driven and want to work hard in return for good reward
Estate agency or letting experience would be an advantage, not essential

The role of Customer Service Advisor is a varied and exciting role for someone looking for progression. Working hours of 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. You will also ideally live locally to Reigate and hold a full driving licence.
