Telesales Agent - Crawley - £16,000 basic per annum £25,000 OTE

Our client is looking for target driven and self motivated individuals to join their successful sales team.

Responsibilities and skills required:
• Cold calling prospective customers
• Making 40-50 outbound calls a day
• Reaching a 1.5 hours of talk time a day
• Promoting services to the customers
• Booking appointments for field sales reps
• Working towards sales targets
• Building rapport with customers and handling objections

Our reputable local Client will offer a full product training programme along with ongoing on the job sales training. Excellent career progression available, uncapped commission working in a buzzing, vibrant sales environment.

This is a permanent position and the hours are Full time Monday-Friday working between the hours of 8am-6pm, 40hours a week.
