Treasury Project Administrator & Analyst (PMO), Crawley, West Sussex

An excellent opportunity to join a global business based on the Manor Royal in Crawley on a 12-18 month fixed term contract. You will support the Tax and Treasury team following a period transition following a recent acquisition.

About You:

* Experience gained from a treasury or banking environment
* Advanced PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
* First class communication and presentation skills
* Leadership and project management experience as part of a project team or working independently
* Expert in PMO support
* Working knowledge of an ERP P2P system would be advantageous ideally SAP
* Be able to commit to length of the assignment
* The client is open on either PAYE or through a LTD company

The role will be mainly focused on supporting the global transition project but will also contain some routine and backfill tasks within the treasury department. These include support for day to day treasury processes as required, and month end working capital KPI reporting and other treasury controls.

About the role:

* Working closely with the Treasury team to ensure the process is managed efficiently and the project requirements are delivered within timelines.
* Setting up and maintaining hard copy document files, containing all relevant bank & cash pooling documentation, for distribution to the relevant teams after the transition has been completed.
* Arranging and attend project related meetings, as and when required, to take meeting notes and capture actions, potential issues and questions.
* Maintaining the overall project plan, such that critical path tasks, resource bottlenecks, etc, are always clearly understood.
* Help to co-ordinate the various project streams
* Ownership of the project action and question lists, ensuring it is regularly updated, that information is accurate, with clear deadlines and responsibilities.
* Providing any project information required for regular project update meetings, steering committees and ad hoc meetings and presentations.

The salary indicated should be seen as a guide and set by the agency. Rates discussed on application.
