Customer Care Team Leader
£24, 000 plus performance bonus OTE £27,000
Crawley, West Sussex
12 month fixed term contract.
Our client is seeking a Customer Care Team Leader to join their large and busy call centre. The call centre is inbound customer service providing a service to households throughout the UK.
As a Customer Care Team Leader, your duties will include:
* Leading a team of customer service agents
* Managing and motivating the team on a day to day basis, call monitoring to calls to make sure they adhere with all regulations
* Coaching and developing staff to make sure all KPI's and performance targets are met
* Carrying out appraisals, one to ones and disciplinaries when required.
* Driving high and quality performance in the team
* Handling calls and dealing with escalated complaints
As a Team Leader you will require the following skills and experience:
* Proven experience within a high volume call centre
* Ability to motivate, with strong performance and people management skills
* Insurance claims experience would be ideal
* An good understanding of Data protection act and TCF principles
* Ability to work in a pressurised environment
The role is based in Crawley, West Sussex. Hours of work are 40 hour week, working on shift basis between the hours of 7am – 10pm, Monday to Sunday. The role is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract basis initially.
