Customer Service Analyst
Up to £24,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity and brand new role has arisen for a Customer Service Analyst to work within the Call Centre for our client based in Crawley, West Sussex.
The role of Customer Service Analyst, will involve:
• Day to day management of the planning team (2 staff)
• Analysing trends within the call centre and suggesting improvements to be made
• Implementing and following through with improvements and projects
• Overall responsibility for forecasting within the call centre of all customer contacts
• Providing MI (management information) on all areas of customer contact
• Supplying detailed analytical commentary to support data
As a Customer Service Analyst, you will require:
• Proven experience of working in a call centre environment in an analytical/analyst role
• Strong data analytical skills, along with written and verbal communication skills
• Trained and certified to intermediate level of MS Excel and PowerPoint, along with other areas of MS Office
• Ability to produce detailed written reports and graphical analysis in a variety of data
• A proactive approach, with ability to suggest improvements
• Good people management skills
The role of Customer Service Analyst is based in Crawley, West Sussex and is offering a salary of up to £24,000 per annum. Hours of work, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, an average of 36 hours a week.
