The Search Office Services team based in Crawley cover a wide geographical area in terms of both Clients and Candidates. We cover roles from a local perspective and a regional perspective, servicing our Corporate Clients. We cover roles from Executive PA's and Legal Secretaries to Office Junior / admin positions, data entry and reception.
The Opportunity
We offer an exciting opportunity for someone special to provide all round general administrative assistance to our friendly team of Recruitment Consultants. Whilst assisting the team you will learn all about the recruitment industry and duties will include:
• Interviewing and referencing candidates
• Matching candidates to jobs
• Chasing timesheets
• Speaking to candidates and clients on the telephone every day
• Ensuring accurate database records are maintained
• Providing a first class customer service to our candidates and clients
• General administration duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, scanning etc

Long term, you will be trained in all aspects of the job including how to generate new Clients by making outbound telesales calls, visiting customers and various other forms of social and business networking to obtain opportunities. Sales activity will be targeted so you need to be able to work well under pressure.
