We need a true professional to manage county-wide support services and our excellent teams across one of our two localities. ‘Coastal and Rural’ locality covers Shoreham to Bognor and up to Midhurst and Petworth.

Our teams offer direct access support for unpaid family and friends carers, both adult and young adult carers. Staff and volunteers actively promote carer wellbeing, choice and control to help improve lives. We work in partnership across organisational boundaries to join up services, information and advice. Our challenge is to reach up to 84,000+ carers throughout the county and deliver locally accessible support.

This will be a demanding but rewarding management role with a forward-thinking charity at a critical time. CSWS is ready for the next stage of development and this could suit a motivated manager looking for a career move into or within the voluntary sector. As an excellent communicator you will also need to demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and a passion for our charity. In return you will have flexible working and some great people to manage.
