We are looking for a support person who helps our consultants in their goal of finding jobs for people and people for jobs... We help people to find new temporary, contact and permanent positions and support clients in filling their open jobs. We offer a fun, energetic work environment, which is very busy and fast paced. We offer on the job training along with a nationally recognised qualification with a monthly, tutor supported, learning programme. We have free parking and are based close to three bridges train station which is local to both the town centre and industrial estate. We are looking for applicants to be career minded, hard-working, good at communicating with people, reliable, motivated, enthusiastic to learn and happy to push themselves. This is a 12 month contract position which could lead to a permanent position should you excel in the role and show potential for a career in recruitment. The role requires Good IT skills - Word, excel and some database knowledge would be an advantage, Excellent written English, you will be writing e-mails, letters and adverts. Attention to detail, good communication skills and some experience of working within an office environment. Duties will include: General administration including updating computer systems , uploading documents , Photocopying , Filing , Dealing with paperwork , meeting with candidates and confirming identification and right to work documents along with answering the phone and have the confidence to make outbound calls to customers . Marketing to both candidates and clients and ad-hoc projects to help us extend business. Ideally you will be a driver and car owner for this role as highly successful candidates will be introduced to clients on site.
