HR Operations Manager, Redhill, Surrey. MC4437. A rapid growth award winning Financial Service business are looking to hire a HR Operations Manager to join the HR team on a permanent basis.
* The role would suit someone who is motivated, resilient and technical
* Considerable HR experience, preferably from a shared-services background
* High degree of technical awareness and practical experience of applying employment law
* Comfortable dealing with stakeholders
* Knowledge of CASCADE is desirable
* Has the ability to work well under pressure
* Is CIPD qualified
Key responsibilities
* Lead and manage a Shared Services HR, payroll and recruitment team
* Ensure there are effective legal and compliant policies & procedures in place
* Provide key input to strategic resource-planning decisions
* Ensure staff welfare considerations, grievances and potential or actual disciplinary matters can be appropriately handled
* To ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll
* Oversee application of the recruitment and selection process
* Oversee on-going performance and development of HR systems
