Night Shift Assistant – Crawley
6.70 per hour plus service charge and company benefits

Our Client is currently seeking and experienced Food & Beverage candidate from the hospitality industry to join their busy Hotel as a Night Shift Supervisor working a 4 on 4 of shift pattern 6pm – 6am.

Reporting into the Night Shift Manager you will be responsible for ensuring a tidy and clean work place, room service, basic food preparation, serving behind the bar, helping prepare and set up breakfast and other duties when required. You will be responsible for ensuring all duties are delivered in line with company brand standards and follow health & safety.

The successful candidates will posses the following attributes and skills:
• A passion for the Hotel industry and customer service
• Ability to work alone and manage tasks efficiently
• Previous Al a carte or fine dining experience or understanding is preferred
• High level of personal presentation
• Strong self initiative and a high level of attention to detail

Any hours worked over the contracted you will be paid for in overtime.
