Recruitment Consultant – Call Centre Division
Competitive Salary + OTE £45-£60,000
Crawley, West Sussex

We are seeking resilient, proactive and sales orientated individuals to join our growing team of Consultants within our specialist Call Centre Division, based at our Crawley office.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible the following duties:
• Proactively generating new business and account managing existing client base.
• Working towards set KPIs and targets to achieve activity and goals
• Attending face to face meetings with clients to understand their needs
• Interviewing candidates face to face and over the phone
• Working on high volume roles, along with individual customer services positions.
• And more....

It is essential that you are confident in making outbound sales calls and meeting with clients face to face.
You need to be highly professional and target driven. A call centre background would be an advantage.
