High Trees is a six-bedded mixed gender unit, which offers residential short breaks or day care for children and young people with severe and moderate learning disability.

We are currently looking for a Cook who will prepare and promote a healthy and balanced diet within the house. You will also be required to carry out all aspects of kitchen duties to comply with Health & Safety and Hygiene regulations.

Good written skills for completion of documents and good verbal communication skills are required to communicate with special needs pupils to encourage healthy eating choices and ensure a positive experience.

Salary £15,882 to £16,604 per annum (£6,867 to £7,180 pro rata)
