A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this well know organisation based in Redhill, as a Collections Agent.

The main purpose of the role will be to minimise bad debt losses on behalf of the company, you will be responsible for:
* Making outbound calls to customer working on a dialler system
* Negotiating payments from customers in arrears
* Responding to all incoming customer calls, processing payments where necessary
* Ensuring compliance at all times whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate for the role of Collections Agent, based in Redhill, Surrey, will have the following:
• Previous customer service, call centre experience
• Ideally within a Collection environment or previous collections experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Resilient approach

Hours for the role based in Redhill, are working on a rolling shift pattern between the hours of 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm Saturday. (2 Saturdays in a 4 week period). Shifts are 9am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday Week 1 and then 12pm to 8pm Monday to Friday plus Saturday 9am to 2pm Week 2, offering a salary of £15,500, plus bonus.

Hours for the part-time role are 4pm to 8pm Monday to Friday plus 9am to 2pm on Sat, offering a salary of £11,072, plus bonus.
