Customer Service Advisors
£7.50 per hour
Three Bridges, Crawley
Temporary – start 9th October 2014

Our client based in Three Bridges, Crawley is seeking a number of Customer Services advisor to work with them on a temporary basis to cover an increase in business for approximately 6-8 weeks.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be:
• Working in an inbound call centre
• Answering calls from customers
• Dealing with customer enquiries about reward cards, using points and advising on offers available
• Assisting customers with online transactions
• Dealing with complaints, as and when required

The call centre is open Monday to Saturday and you will be required to work an average of 35-36 hours a week, working shifts between the hours of 9am – 8pm. You will also be required to work Saturdays, 9am – 5pm, with additional hours and overtime available.

The ideal candidate for the role of Customer Service Advisor will require to following:
• Previous customer service experience, gained in retail or an office environment
• Flexibility, in order to work shifts and additional hours
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance record

You must be available to start work on 9th October 2014, for 6-8 week, with no holiday/time off needed. We will be holding group interviews on either Tuesday 7th or Wednesday 8th October 2014, therefore, you must be able to attend these days also.
