Customer Service Agent
£15,500 - £16,000 per annum

Fixed term contract (6 months)

Our client is seeking a highly customer focused, Customer Service Agent to join their busy call centre within the centre of Redhill.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be required to carry out the following duties:
* Answering inbound calls from customers, handling general customer queries
* Dealing with high volumes of calls to a satisfactory level
* Handling calls from customers and solving complaints.
* Updating the system accurately will be a daily task.
*Working to daily and weekly KPI's and completing any administrative tasks with each call.

For the Customer Service Agent role, you will require:
* Proven Customer Service experience gained within a call centre environment
* Strong communication skills and ability to problem solve
* GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English at grade C and above

Hours for the role are on a rota basis, working 35 hours Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 7pm, Saturdays, 9am – 2pm. Based in Redhill, Surrey.
