HR Business Partner - contract

A global technical manufacturing company is seeking a HR Business Partner to join on a fixed term 6 month maternity cover contract. This role has the potential for converting to permanent but this can't be guaranteed at this stage.

About You:

* Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at the highest level and within a matrix organisation
* Adaptability to adapt your approach to meet the needs of different cultures and international business needs/challenges
* Open to Internation travel in Europe and having had previous experience in an international HR BP role with knowledge of European works councils
* It is a requirement that you are CIPD qualified
* The company is a well established and growing business which has a great working environment, coupled with deeply imbedded values which run throughout.

About the role:

* Supporting operations you will cover the full operational and strategic business partnering
* You will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective HR solutions across the business and for developing people solutions aligned to business objectives
* Work closely with local VP's and Senior Manager to assist in driving the people agenda
* Effectively plan and prioritise multiple business needs delivering a first class experience for stakeholders throughout EMEA.
