£17,000 - £17600, plus shift allowance, OTE up to £18,500

Our client, based in the centre of Redhill, is seeking Claims Handlers, to join their well established and extremely busy call centre team.
As a Claims Handler, the following duties will apply:

* Responsible for taking inbound calls from customers dealing with emergency assistance claims.
* Managing the claim ensuring all parties are informed and processes are followed to completion.
* Determining customer needs and ensuring expectations are met.
* You will also be required to deal with any customer complaints which arise.

As a Claims Handler, you will require to following skills and attributes:
*Proven experience within a call centre environment/telephone based experience.
* Strong communication skills, ability to take initiative and solve problems
* Active problem solving skills, ability to think on feet
* Good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Good geographical knowledge would be an advantage.

Both permanent and 6 month fixed term contracts are available. You will be required to work full time hours of 37.5 a week from Monday-Sunday between 7am-9pm. Salary £17,000 - £17600, plus shift allowance, OTE up to £18,500.

Start dates: 17th September & 6th October. You must be available to start on either of these days.
