Qualified Management Accountant required for a very successful, growing SME in the Gatwick area.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Qualified accountant, ideally with a focus on management reporting (eg CIMA)
- Proven management accounting skills and experience within an SME
- Knowledge of different costing principles (contribution, gross margin, allocation methods advantages/disadvantages, asset/labour utilization, variance analysis and methods)
- Knowledge of financial analysis for capex project work. Knowledge of DCF, IRR, long term capex projects measurement and analysis
- Computer skills - advanced knowledge in the use of financial software applications (ERP), Hyperion, Oracle, databases, spreadsheets, word processing and presentations

- Stress resistant and work well under pressure, e.g. meeting deadlines whilst delivering a high standard of work
- Ability to learn about the financial requirements of new/different countries
- Able to work within a team environment and contribute towards team objectives and meeting all required deadlines
- Able to assimilate ad-hoc and diverse information, create/provide financial models and/or analysis and present it to management successfully
- Proven ability to analyse business financial performance; identify the strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; and implement appropriate measures that maximize financial performance
- Provision of business partnership with Area Leaders and other department Managers to understand business activities and forecast accurately
- Able to work flexible hours (which may include weekends and/or public holidays)
- Some travel may be required (10% with some overnight stays)
- The role is Full-time
