Role: Customer Service Supervisor
Location: Reigate
Rate: £18,000 + £2000 performance bonus
Role: Permanent

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent skills or Supervisor to manage a team of three people. The Team will be in charge of responding to all customer enquires over the phone and via email. Making sure all enquires are responded to or resolved within an effective or timely manor.
Responsibilities and duties:
• Team Management/Supervision
• Complaint handling
• Managing complaints in an effective manor
• Enquiry handling (Via email and over the phone)
• Filing
• Invoice checking
• Managing complaints in an effective manor
The ideal Candidate will be:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Motivated
• Enthusiastic
• Experience of managing a small team preferably
• Car owner
This is a permanent position and the hours are Full time Monday-Friday. 09.00 - 5:30pm
