Inbound Customer Service Agents

(part-time, evenings and weekends)

Our client is seeking experienced Customer Services agents to join their team over their busy period.

Duties for the role of Customer Service Advisor will involved:

* Answering inbound calls from customers, handling urgent enquiries on their behalf

* Logging all the details on the system and liaising with the necessary departments to make sure the customer queries are solved within set timeframes.

* Carrying out follow up calls the ensure work has been completed ad the customer is satisfied

As a Customer Service Agent, it is essential that you have proven customer service experience ideally gained within an inbound call centre, dealing with customers over the phone.

Ability to work to deadlines is essential, as well as being a strong team player.

Part time hours are available to cover hours between Mondays - Sunday 5pm - 12 midnight and to include one day at the weekend.
