Our client based in Crawley are seeking a Telemarketing Executive to join their busy and fast moving team.

As a Telemarketing Executive, the role will involve:
• Dealing with inbound calls from customers and new prospects to arrange sales appointments for the Business Development Managers.
• Using questioning techniques to ensure the prospect can make the decision and that you can provide a solution to their business.
• Managing and making appointments in diaries, maintaining a tracking system and up to date records for lead analysis.
• You may from time to time be required to undertake outbound cold calling to ascertain the decision maker within a business and secure appointments.

The ideal candidate for the role of Telemarketing Executive, will require:
• Previous proven customer service experience gained with an office or call centre environment.
• Experience of taking inbound calls and converting to sales/upselling.
• Previous telesales experience would be an advantageous.
• Confident, enthusiastic approach

Hours for the role are: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm. Salary £18-19,000, plus bonus approx. £2500 per annum.
