6 bedded residential unit based in Copthorne is currently recruiting for a team leader to join their existing staff team.

You will be working with 6 adults aged between 30-65 who have a range of learning disabilities, some of the service users are non-verbal so communication is a very important part of the role.

You will need to have previous experience in a similar role and be able to supervise small teams of support workers.

NVQ 3 is preferable but not essential, experience is preferred and there is excellent training oppourtunities with this role.

You need to be a car driver due to the rural nature of the service.
