Range of nursing homes based in the Mid-Sussex areas of East Grinstead, Henfield and Horsham require experienced RGN managers to join current staff teams.

Applicants must be an experienced RN with a current valid PIN and have the Registered Managers award and/or NVQ 4 or be willing to work towards them.

Requirements include a good working knowledge of applicable legislation, supported with evidence of good working practice and leadership skills. The right applicant will be person centred, have understanding of CQC requirements and be committed to supporting the choice and independence of our service users.

Experience of working in the independent sector with the elderly would be an advantage.
