An exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join large organisation with subsidiary companies in Chessington in a team of 4, providing 1st line technical support to users, taking ownership of problems, being proactive to find solutions and logging all calls through to resolution. These may be a mix of remote and desktop tasks and software and hardware issues including mobile and laptops.

The IT Support Analyst will have:
Degree in IT, MCP or similar
Previous helpdesk experience within a Microsoft environment
Experience of backups, system checks, troubleshooting of Exchange 2003/2007, Outlook 2007/MS Office 2007.
Experience of PC hardware setup and configuration
Experience of Citrix, VPNs and Firewall configuration
Experience with VMware
Experience of VOIP systems
Experience of mobile communications, Blackberry and Windows Mobile devices
Experience of security software such as Sophos AV
Experience of MS SQL Server and MS Office SharePoint Server
Experience of wired/wireless networks including cabling and switches
