We are looking for an approachable and 'hands on' individual with proven relevant experience of working as a Restaurant Manager within the Hotel industry. You will need to demonstrate previous front of house experience of running and managing a restaurant.

You will have the ability to provide an exceptional customer experience within a professional environment, dealing with clients and guests. In particular the successful candidate will have proven experience of directly working with food and beverage in a successful and quality restaurant operation.

You will need to be resourceful and numerate with ability to manage a team. Enthusiasm, passion and drive to succeed in a successful team are essential. Due to the rural location of the Goodwood Estate, own transport is essential.
