We are looking for support workers with an understanding of learning disabilities in a residential setting for adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

 

Hours are 37.5 per week and you will be required to work some week-ends, overtime is available.

 

The successful applicant will:

           Be responsible for the support packages in place for the service users.

         Have excellent communication skills.

          Ability to promote independence.

           Have an innate commitment to communication and openness.

           Able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the service users.

          Advocate for the service, its aims and goals.

          Have a clear understanding of Autism, Epilepsy, Mental health,

          Be committed and flexible.
