The client: A leading financial management solutions company based in South Croydon are looking for a Team Leader to join there very successful team.
The role: You will be responsible for the day to day management of Senior Collectors and Credit Recovery Officers which includes recruitment, motivation and disciplinary matters.
Your duties will also include:-
Holding regular 121 meetings as well as monthly team meetings Set individual targets and incentives for team members Communicating professionally with clients on a day to day basis, dealing with any escalated calls and payments. planning, prioritising and managing work loads to ensure best user of resources as well as looking at existing methods and creating improvements where necessary. Analysing reports and resolving issues including performance targets of team members Cover shifts as and when required and any other adhoc duties preferred skills
Previous experience within debt collection Proven team leader experience ideally call / contact centre People focused Well organised Ability to liaise at all levels and work to deadlines Good working Knowledge of MS Word, Access and Outlook associated benefits
