Fantastic opportunity for someone with either stable career history in inbound sales or customer service with elements of up-selling or direct cold calling to join this expanding company providing excellent customer service to contractors.
Our client provides an umbrella service for contractors working throughout the UK in the construction industry. Due to expansion an opportunity has now arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
Joining an enthusiastic team, as a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for looking after a portfolio of clients and assisting them with payroll and timesheet queries. You will be required to introduce yourself to new clients in order to help them to complete their timesheets and expenses schedules, and ensure invoices are raised on time. You will also monitor payments from agencies and ensure payroll run in timely manner, resolve queries regarding timesheets, hours, expenses.
To succeed as a Customer Service Advisor you must have previous sales and customer service experience (experience/knowledge of the construction industry would be a benefit but is not essential).
You must be able to drive as there is limited public transport to their offices.
