Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Manager to join this expanding company based in near Guildford, Surrey.
Our client provides an umbrella and payroll service for contractors working throughout the UK. Due to expansion and relocation an opportunity has now arisen for a Customer Service Manager to join their team.
Joining an enthusiastic team, as a Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for looking after a team of Customer Service Advisors. The customer service advisors will have a portfolio of clients and are responsible for assisting them with payroll and timesheet queries. They are also required to speak to contractors who aren't using their services to discuss the benefits of using them, so it will also be your role to ensure that outbound targets are met. You will need to lead by example and help train, motive and support the customer service advisors.
Previous experience of managing a telesales or inbound customer service / sales team would be an advantage.
You must be able to drive as there is limited public transport to their offices.
