We have a new opportunity for an experienced team leader/ manager to join the busy call centre of a major national organisation based in central Croydon.
You will be expected to work 8.00pm - 8:00am, 4 nights on and 4 nights off on a rolling rota.
You will lead a small team of customer service advisors who will be handling incoming enquiries and problem solving.
You will be used to dealing with day to day personnel issues such as monitoring performance, attendance records, producing staffing and personally handling escalated issues.
You will be receiving call traffic and activity data from a state of the art system and will be required to produce and interpret reports requiring high level of competency in Excel.
